Business information
Everything about how this business operates, in one place. Written for anyone reviewing the business rather than shopping in it.
Identity
For customers in the EU this section is a legal requirement rather than a courtesy. Article 6 of the Consumer Rights Directive and Article 5 of the e-Commerce Directive require a trader selling at a distance to publish who it is and how to reach it directly, before the customer is bound, so that a buyer knows who they are contracting with and can get a reply without filling in a form.
| Trading name | Kettleford |
| Seller and contracting party | Yazie Henok Alemseged |
| Legal name | Yazie Henok Alemseged |

What is sold
Digital products for use with the Make.com automation platform. All are downloadable files. Nothing is physical and nothing is posted.
- Start with one. One scenario, one file, a setup guide and annotated diagrams. The cheapest way to find out whether this way of working suits you.
- The library. The same scenarios in growing sets, all sharing one spreadsheet. Each tier adds to the one below it rather than replacing it, so nothing is bought twice.
- Everything, and client work. The whole catalogue in one download. The two tiers after it hold exactly the same files, under a licence that lets you deploy them in clients' own Make.com accounts and charge for the work.
The full catalogue, with what is inside each product, is on the products page. Every product page states file counts, formats and page counts before the buy button.
Custom automation builds are also offered. They are quoted individually in writing and paid by invoice, and they are not sold through this website or through the checkout the products use. The custom automation page sets out how that works.
Prices and currency
| Currency | EUR, displayed on every price |
| Range | €14.97 EUR to €219.97 EUR |
| Payment model | Single payment per product. Nothing renews. |
| Promotions | None offered |
| Tax | VAT added at checkout where it applies |
There are no discount codes, countdown offers or time-limited prices. The price on the page is the price.
How payment is taken
This website processes no payments and renders no card field. Every buy button is an outbound link to a product page hosted by Kit, which processes payments through Stripe. Until that checkout opens, the buy buttons lead to the contact page and purchases are arranged by email, with a payment link sent by reply.
| Storefront and file delivery | Kit |
| Payment processor | Stripe |
| Statement descriptor | KETTLEFORD.COM |
| Cards accepted | Visa, Mastercard, American Express |
| Card data on this site | None. No payment form exists here. |
Delivery
Immediate. A download link is issued on the receipt as soon as payment confirms. There are no shipping methods, times, rates or destinations, because nothing is shipped. The delivery and access policy covers re-downloads and what to do if a download fails.
Refunds and cancellation
Fourteen days from purchase, no reason required, refunded to the original card. There is nothing to cancel because there is no subscription. The refund policy is published in full and is also reproduced in full on every product page above the buy button, so a buyer sees the complete terms before purchasing rather than a link to them.
Restrictions
Products are licensed rather than sold outright. The licence terms set out what may and may not be done with the files, including the Agency Licence for deployment in clients' accounts. There are no export restrictions and no age restrictions on anything sold here.
Security and privacy
The site is a static export served over HTTPS with security headers set at the edge. It has no server-side code, no database and no login. Its one form, for custom automation requests, opens an email in the visitor's own mail app and sends nothing to this site. It sets no cookies and runs no analytics. The privacy policy covers what Kit and Stripe receive when a purchase is made.
Selling into the EU
Kettleford is established outside the EU and sells to consumers inside it, which brings a specific set of obligations. These are what we understand them to be and how they are handled.
| Right of withdrawal | 14 days, not waived. We do not rely on the immediate-delivery exemption in Article 16(m) of the Consumer Rights Directive. |
| Statutory conformity right | At least 2 years from supply, under Directive (EU) 2019/770. Separate from the 14 days and not limited by our terms. |
| Alternative dispute resolution | Not committed to an ADR entity, stated as the law requires |
| EU ODR platform | Closed 20 July 2025. Deliberately not linked anywhere on this site. |
| Consumer reviews | None published, so no verification claim is made |
| Governing law | State of Washington, United States, without depriving a consumer of the mandatory law of the country they live in |
| VAT | Collected at the Kit checkout where it applies to buyers in the EU and the UK |
| US sales tax | Not collected at the checkout. Kit collects VAT only. Where a US state requires sales tax on a digital product, the seller is responsible for it. |
The refund policy sets out both consumer rights in full, and the terms of service repeat them in a section addressed to EU and UK consumers.
Legal and tax identity
The individual named above is the person who contracts with buyers, receives payment, and is responsible for the product and its support. Kettleford is the website and trading name, not a corporation or a limited liability company. There is therefore no company registration number and no public business tax number to display.
A Social Security number is private identity information. It is given to Stripe for identity verification because United States law requires it, and it is never published on this website, on a receipt, or at a checkout.
Tax is handled according to the transaction and the buyer's location. VAT is added at the Kit checkout for buyers in the EU and the UK, and is shown before payment. No tax or fee is added invisibly after a payment completes.
Affiliation
Kettleford is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Make.com or Celonis. Make and Make.com are trademarks of their respective owners, used here only to identify the platform these products are built for.
