The Library and Workbook

The nineteen blueprints, and the spreadsheet they read and write, already built.

The Library asks you to create seven tabs, type in fifty-two headers in the right order, and remember to format seven date columns as plain text before you add any data. This is that spreadsheet, made. On top of the seven data tabs it adds a Dashboard that fills itself in and a Checks tab: eight numbers that should all be zero, each with a note saying what to do when one is not.

The blueprints are identical to the ones in The Library. What you are paying the extra for is the spreadsheet, a five page guide to it, and not having to get the date formatting right by hand.

What each scenario does

  1. The seven data tabs, already built. Orders, Deliveries, Responses, Leads, Rejected, Repeat and Refunds, with every header in the order the blueprints expect and the date columns already formatted as text. That last one is the step people skip, and it fails silently.
  2. A dashboard that fills itself in. Twelve numbers for the current month and a twelve month table underneath. Orders and their value, refunds, leads, junk rate, reviews asked and answered, average score, response rate. Every one is a visible COUNTIF or SUMIF you can click on and check.
  3. A checks tab. Eight numbers that should be zero: rows stuck part way through, leads with nobody on them, deliveries queued but never asked, orders with no value. Each has a note beside it saying which scenario to look at when it is not zero.

What you need before you buy

  • A Make.com account. Most scenarios here run on the free plan. Where one needs a paid tier, the setup guide says so on the first page of that section.
  • A Google account. The workbook is an .xlsx you upload and convert to a Google Sheet.
  • Everything The Library needs. This tier adds a file, it does not remove a requirement.

Refund policy

You can ask for a refund within 14 days of purchase. Email support@kettleford.com from the address you bought with, and say which product it is. You do not have to give a reason.

Refunds are returned to the card you paid with. They usually appear within five to ten business days, though that is your bank's timing rather than ours. The seller issues the refund directly; there is no third party you need to chase and no committee to persuade.

Because these are files you download, we cannot take them back. Asking for a refund ends your licence to use them, and you agree to delete the copies you hold, including any you have imported into a Make.com account.

If a blueprint will not import, or a step in the documentation does not work as written, tell us before you ask for a refund. We would rather fix it, and a fix helps the next buyer too. If we cannot fix it, you get the refund whether or not the 14 days have passed.

We do not refund a purchase because a scenario needed a paid Make.com plan or an app you do not have. Every product page lists what you need before you buy, under "What you need before you buy". Please read it.

The full refund policy page adds the sections on returns, cancellation and EU and UK consumer rights.

Licence

  • Use it inside one business, across as many Make.com accounts as that business owns.
  • Change anything you like. It is your copy once you have it.
  • You may not resell it, give it away, or publish the blueprint files anywhere public.
  • To deploy it in a client's own Make.com account, you need the Agency Licence.

The full licence terms set out the standard licence, the client deployment licences and the Agency Licence together.

Questions

Is it just the CSVs in one file?

No. The CSVs are headers. This has the headers, the date columns pre-formatted, a dashboard of twelve live figures and a checks tab. The CSVs are still in the folder if you would rather build your own.

Does it work in Excel?

It opens and calculates in Excel, and it is meant for Google Sheets, which is where Make writes. There is no QUERY and no ARRAYFORMULA precisely so that it does not break in one of them.

Will it break when I add my own columns?

Adding a column at the far right is safe. Moving one is not, and that is true of The Library as a whole: the blueprints address columns by letter, so inserting one in the middle silently re-points four scenarios. The workbook guide says so twice.
