The Nine
Nine scenarios across orders, reviews and leads, all writing into one spreadsheet.
€29.97 EURNineteen scenarios covering orders, reviews and leads, plus two that watch the other seventeen.
Everything in one download. The nine from the collection below, plus ten more that fill the gaps you find after a month of running them: deliveries queued automatically, refunds recorded and review requests suppressed, digests instead of alert storms, a first follow-up that stops the moment somebody replies, and two scenarios whose only job is to tell you when the others have quietly failed.
Nineteen files, 123 modules, one spreadsheet with seven tabs and five data stores. Almost nobody should install all nineteen at once, and the guide says so on its first page and again on its costs page.
| Item | Detail |

| Blueprint files | 19 x .json |
| Setup guide | PDF, 30 pages |
| Diagrams | 5 annotated images |

You can ask for a refund within 14 days of purchase. Email support@kettleford.com from the address you bought with, and say which product it is. You do not have to give a reason.
Refunds are returned to the card you paid with. They usually appear within five to ten business days, though that is your bank's timing rather than ours. The seller issues the refund directly; there is no third party you need to chase and no committee to persuade.
Because these are files you download, we cannot take them back. Asking for a refund ends your licence to use them, and you agree to delete the copies you hold, including any you have imported into a Make.com account.
If a blueprint will not import, or a step in the documentation does not work as written, tell us before you ask for a refund. We would rather fix it, and a fix helps the next buyer too. If we cannot fix it, you get the refund whether or not the 14 days have passed.
We do not refund a purchase because a scenario needed a paid Make.com plan or an app you do not have. Every product page lists what you need before you buy, under "What you need before you buy". Please read it.
The full refund policy page adds the sections on returns, cancellation and EU and UK consumer rights.
The full licence terms set out the standard licence, the client deployment licences and the Agency Licence together.
No, and you should not. They pass work through the spreadsheet rather than calling each other, so any subset works. The guide opens with the four to start with and the costs page shows which combinations stay inside the free Make.com plan.
Ten scenarios. The ones you notice missing after a month: automatic delivery import, refund handling, digests instead of a stream of alerts, a lead follow-up with a proper exit, and two scenarios that check the others are working. If you have not run The Nine yet, the extra ten will not mean much to you today.
A useful subset will. All of it will not: eleven run on a schedule and spend operations every time they wake up. The guide sets out a worked example for a business doing 30 orders and 40 enquiries a month, which comes to roughly 2,000 operations, against a free allowance of 1,000.
Yes. Nine of the nineteen are the files sold at the lower tiers, and they are built from the same sources, so they are identical rather than similar. What you are paying for here is the other ten and a guide that covers all nineteen as one system.
