The Library

Nineteen scenarios covering orders, reviews and leads, plus two that watch the other seventeen.

Everything in one download. The nine from the collection below, plus ten more that fill the gaps you find after a month of running them: deliveries queued automatically, refunds recorded and review requests suppressed, digests instead of alert storms, a first follow-up that stops the moment somebody replies, and two scenarios whose only job is to tell you when the others have quietly failed.

Nineteen files, 123 modules, one spreadsheet with seven tabs and five data stores. Almost nobody should install all nineteen at once, and the guide says so on its first page and again on its costs page.

What each scenario does

  1. Orders, six scenarios. Confirmation to invoice to customer email with deduplication; an append-only order log; a filtered team notification; delivery events queued for a review request; refunds recorded, alerted and suppressed from review asks; and a weekly digest of what came in.
  2. Reviews, four scenarios. A request that waits in a spreadsheet rather than a Sleep module; response capture that routes low scores to a person the same minute; exactly one follow-up, aimed only at people who have not answered; and a weekly digest.
  3. Leads, seven scenarios. Capture with cleaning before deduplication; round-robin assignment; a first follow-up that claims the row before sending; an exit that stops it the moment somebody replies; and three reports that surface stale, unowned and unattributed leads.
  4. Housekeeping, two scenarios. Reconciliation finds orders that were logged but never invoiced, which is what makes the deliberate trade in scenario 1 safe to take. The health check finds rows a scenario claimed and never finished. Both stay silent unless something is wrong.

What you need before you buy

  • A Make.com account. Most scenarios here run on the free plan. Where one needs a paid tier, the setup guide says so on the first page of that section.
  • One Google Sheet with seven tabs. The templates ship with the files.
  • A mailbox Make can send from. Thirteen of the nineteen send email.
  • Five Make.com data stores, which the free plan includes.
  • Stripe with Invoicing enabled, for one scenario only. The other eighteen do not need it.
  • Something that can POST JSON for each webhook scenario you install: your store, your forms, your mailbox.
  • A paid Make.com tier if you run more than a handful of the scheduled ones. The guide has the arithmetic.

Refund policy

You can ask for a refund within 14 days of purchase. Email support@kettleford.com from the address you bought with, and say which product it is. You do not have to give a reason.

Refunds are returned to the card you paid with. They usually appear within five to ten business days, though that is your bank's timing rather than ours. The seller issues the refund directly; there is no third party you need to chase and no committee to persuade.

Because these are files you download, we cannot take them back. Asking for a refund ends your licence to use them, and you agree to delete the copies you hold, including any you have imported into a Make.com account.

If a blueprint will not import, or a step in the documentation does not work as written, tell us before you ask for a refund. We would rather fix it, and a fix helps the next buyer too. If we cannot fix it, you get the refund whether or not the 14 days have passed.

We do not refund a purchase because a scenario needed a paid Make.com plan or an app you do not have. Every product page lists what you need before you buy, under "What you need before you buy". Please read it.

The full refund policy page adds the sections on returns, cancellation and EU and UK consumer rights.

Licence

  • Use it inside one business, across as many Make.com accounts as that business owns.
  • Change anything you like. It is your copy once you have it.
  • You may not resell it, give it away, or publish the blueprint files anywhere public.
  • To deploy it in a client's own Make.com account, you need the Agency Licence.

The full licence terms set out the standard licence, the client deployment licences and the Agency Licence together.

Questions

Do I have to install all nineteen?

No, and you should not. They pass work through the spreadsheet rather than calling each other, so any subset works. The guide opens with the four to start with and the costs page shows which combinations stay inside the free Make.com plan.

What does this add over The Nine?

Ten scenarios. The ones you notice missing after a month: automatic delivery import, refund handling, digests instead of a stream of alerts, a lead follow-up with a proper exit, and two scenarios that check the others are working. If you have not run The Nine yet, the extra ten will not mean much to you today.

Will this run on the free Make.com plan?

A useful subset will. All of it will not: eleven run on a schedule and spend operations every time they wake up. The guide sets out a worked example for a business doing 30 orders and 40 enquiries a month, which comes to roughly 2,000 operations, against a free allowance of 1,000.

Is any of this the same file I already bought?

Yes. Nine of the nineteen are the files sold at the lower tiers, and they are built from the same sources, so they are identical rather than similar. What you are paying for here is the other ten and a guide that covers all nineteen as one system.
