The Nine

Nine scenarios across orders, reviews and leads, all writing into one spreadsheet.

Three areas of a business, three scenarios each. An order gets invoiced, logged and announced. A review gets asked for, captured and chased once. An enquiry gets cleaned, assigned and chased up if nobody touches it. Every file imports on its own and nothing calls anything else, so you can take three and ignore the rest.

Three of the nine are the same files sold on their own at 14.97. If you already own one of those, what you are adding here is the other six and a guide that covers all nine together.

What each scenario does

  1. 1. Order Confirmation. A confirmed order becomes a Stripe invoice and a customer email, with the order claimed before the invoice is raised so a retried webhook cannot bill anyone twice.
  2. 2. Order Log. One row per order, appended and never overwritten. It writes the row before claiming the ID, which is the opposite order to scenario 1 and deliberate: for a log, a missing row is the expensive failure.
  3. 3. Team Notification. Tells the team about an order, but only above a value you set or when the customer wrote a note. A channel that announces everything stops being read within a week.
  4. 4. Review Request. Waits a set period after delivery, builds a link carrying the customer's name and reference, sends it and writes down that it did. The waiting happens in the spreadsheet, because Make's Sleep module stops at five minutes.
  5. 5. Review Response Capture. Catches the answer, logs it, records that this order was answered, and emails a person immediately if the score is at or below your threshold.
  6. 6. Review Follow-Up. Chases once, and only people who have not answered. It asks a data store rather than searching the sheet, because a search that matches nothing returns nothing and stops the run.
  7. 7. Lead Capture. Cleans every field before checking for duplicates, throws out junk addresses into a tab you can read rather than deleting them, and writes the rest.
  8. 8. Lead Assignment. Shares unassigned leads between a list of people and emails whoever gets one. The round robin uses the sheet's own row number, so there is no counter to store or reset.
  9. 9. Stale Lead Digest. One email listing every lead assigned a while ago that nobody has recorded contacting. One digest, not twenty separate alerts.

What you need before you buy

  • A Make.com account. Most scenarios here run on the free plan. Where one needs a paid tier, the setup guide says so on the first page of that section.
  • One Google Sheet with six tabs. The templates ship with the files.
  • A mailbox Make can send from. Seven of the nine send email.
  • Four Make.com data stores, which the free plan includes.
  • Stripe with Invoicing enabled, for scenario 1 only. The other eight do not need it.
  • Something that can POST JSON: your store for orders, your form for enquiries and reviews.

Refund policy

You can ask for a refund within 14 days of purchase. Email support@kettleford.com from the address you bought with, and say which product it is. You do not have to give a reason.

Refunds are returned to the card you paid with. They usually appear within five to ten business days, though that is your bank's timing rather than ours. The seller issues the refund directly; there is no third party you need to chase and no committee to persuade.

Because these are files you download, we cannot take them back. Asking for a refund ends your licence to use them, and you agree to delete the copies you hold, including any you have imported into a Make.com account.

If a blueprint will not import, or a step in the documentation does not work as written, tell us before you ask for a refund. We would rather fix it, and a fix helps the next buyer too. If we cannot fix it, you get the refund whether or not the 14 days have passed.

We do not refund a purchase because a scenario needed a paid Make.com plan or an app you do not have. Every product page lists what you need before you buy, under "What you need before you buy". Please read it.

The full refund policy page adds the sections on returns, cancellation and EU and UK consumer rights.

Licence

  • Use it inside one business, across as many Make.com accounts as that business owns.
  • Change anything you like. It is your copy once you have it.
  • You may not resell it, give it away, or publish the blueprint files anywhere public.
  • To deploy it in a client's own Make.com account, you need the Agency Licence.

The full licence terms set out the standard licence, the client deployment licences and the Agency Licence together.

Questions

Do I have to install all nine?

No, and the guide says which three to start with. They pass work through the spreadsheet rather than calling each other, so taking three and ignoring the rest breaks nothing.

Will this run on the free Make.com plan?

Three of them will, comfortably. All nine together will not: four run on a schedule and spend operations every time they wake up, which comes to roughly 960 a month before any work is done, against a free allowance of 1,000. Page 16 of the guide sets out the arithmetic and shows which subsets stay free.

What if I already bought one of the single blueprints?

Three of these nine are those files. You would be paying 15 euros for the other six and a guide that covers all nine together. If that is not worth it to you, it is not, and we would rather say so here than after you have bought it.

Does it connect to my CRM?

Not as it ships. Leads go to a Google Sheet, and the guide has a section on replacing that one module with your CRM's create-contact module. If you need it wired to a named CRM out of the box, this is not that product.
